While all Agile transformations are different, there are common patterns that can be drawn out and applied elsewhere. Only through experience will multiple transformations can these be seen, harvested and shared.
Drawing on multiple hands-on agile transformations across several countries with differing roles, Petra will share her experience around what it takes to lead an organization towards Agile. Both large scale multi-nationals and smaller technology companies will be used as backdrops for this insightful discussion.
For anyone considering an Agile transformation at their organization, one of the best things you can do is learn from the successes, challenges, mishaps and surprises of others.
This session will include a presentation, followed-up by a discussion with the group so everyone can share their experience as well.
