Eric Lott is a seasoned organizational consultant and change leader with over 25 years of experience building trust, driving transformation, and empowering teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes. His career spans roles as a Naval Officer, project manager, and consultant, consistently delivering results in complex environments.
Eric’s foundation in leadership was shaped by 13 years as a Naval Officer, where he honed his skills in operational management, strategic problem-solving, and team performance under pressure. This experience laid the groundwork for a consulting career focused on enabling organizations to navigate change effectively.
As a trusted advisor and coach with Trust Unlimited, Eric specializes in fostering psychological safety and trust, critical elements for high-performing teams. He designs and delivers tailored workshops, coaching sessions, and interventions that align team dynamics with organizational goals. His ability to create shared understanding and resolve conflicts enables teams to excel, even in demanding situations.
Eric has led transformative projects across Canada and internationally, including multi-stakeholder initiatives like the Maritime Security Operations Center project, where he coordinated federal agencies to enhance maritime intelligence and security. His expertise in blending traditional methods with lean-agile practices allows him to craft adaptive solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization.
