Agile at Scale

Come hear Frank Olsen tell about his experiences with 'Agile at Scale' and participate in the following open discussion about the topic.

Until recently Frank was Enterprise Agile&Lean Coach at Cisco for a Technology Group of 7-8000 people. Frank made his first agile mistakes/experiences in 2002/03 and has made mistakes (and learned from them) ever since.

Frank will discuss a couple of frameworks he's been using at scale (LeSS, SAFe) as well as present a how-to guide for large scale transformations.
