I have a legal question for my WIP and was wondering if anyone out there is a criminal lawyer or knows one, who might be willing to answer my question, which is this:
If a 17-year-old boy rapes a girl, also underage, on his 18th birthday, but he was born at say 3:00 am (as evidenced by this birth certificate) and the rape occurs at 1 am, could he be legally defended as a juvenile since he wasn’t technically 18 yet? Not something I can easily Google. :-)
