Hashicorp: Nomad & Otto new product features

HashiCorp (https://hashicorp.com/) is the creator of the open source tools Vagrant, Packer, Terraform, Consul,Serf, Vault, Nomad, and Otto and the commercial product Atlas. Armon Dadgar, the CTO of HashiCorp, will be speaking about the company's vision for application delivery and the design considerations for each of the open source products underneath that vision. Nomad (http://nomadproject.io/) is a cluster manager and resource scheduler, and Otto (http://ottoproject.io/) is the successor to Vagrant for both development and deployment.

Armon (@armon (https://twitter.com/armon)) has a passion for distributed systems and their application to real world problems. He is currently the CTO of HashiCorp, where he brings distributed systems into the world of DevOps tooling. He has worked on Nomad, Vault, Terraform, Consul, and Serf at HashiCorp, and maintains the Statsite and Bloomd OSS projects as well.
