The relationships we have throughout our lives leave a lasting impact on who we are. When someone transitions from this life, their energy remains. You likely experience it as memories that can cause you to pause when you least expect it.

These thoughts and feelings are experienced by everyone, and connecting in new ways is available to anyone. When you discover your personal “language” — meaning how you hear, see, and sense energies that are not your own — the spiritual world opens up to you.

This six-part class series is designed to help you refine how you naturally receive information from Spirit and gain a deeper understanding of your connections. We all have the ability to connect, and many of us have had spontaneous experiences of feeling that connection.

We’ll explore:
- Types of mediumship experiences and the types of information that comes through
- Developing and strengthening your mediumship connection and abilities
- Recognizing your communication language and interpreting the messages
- Evidential information ~ "proof" and identifying information about the departed
- Guided meditations and practice mediumship sessions

Sue Poletti guides a weekly meditation program designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment.

This welcoming drop-in class is open to all experience levels — whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice. Sessions are held every Tuesday from 7:00–8:00 PM.

Those who are new to meditation are encouraged to arrive at 6:30 PM for a gentle introduction to the basics of meditation and what to expect during the session. It is usually beneficial for people learn to meditate in a group, as the group energy helps with building the calm, peaceful feeling of letting go that we strive for.

Pillows, meditation cushions, mats, blankets, and chairs will be provided for your comfort. You are also welcome to bring any personal items that help you feel cozy and relaxed. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
