About Richard
Richard Dodson is an executive brand strategist who leads the LinkedIn practice at Navigate Forward, where he works with executives in transition and leaders preparing for board roles. He spent years designing career transition and leadership development programs at Lee Hecht Harrison, taught in the HR certification program at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and is co-author of Power Your Career: The Art of Tactful Self-Promotion, an Axiom Award winner. He's known for making a room laugh, think, and leave with something they can actually do on Monday.
