Tara Skredynski, CCSP, has worked extensively with talented professionals in all stages of their careers, helping them exit toxic workplaces, increase their salary, start a new career path, and pivot towards more meaningful work. She helps people step out of their comfort zone, uncover the truths of their professional goals, and do the hard work, all with guidance and support along the way. Everyone has a story. She's excited to hear yours. Hers is not your typical career path. She made a lot of shifts, twists, and turns. She managed large teams and advocated for company change. She looks for alternative ways of navigating work and defining it on her own terms. If there's been a theme throughout her career it’s helping others by sharing experiences, knowledge, and resources.
