This is a great segment where one of the members gets up and shares all the gory details of their latest project; including photos, numbers and lessons learned!

Rob's deal is an absolute corker and has actually set himself up for retirement with this deal. Its a student accom project in Kelvin Grove and Rob really has been busy making this deal come to fruition.
