I'd like to invite you to the #BromptonNYC event of the year... A silly celebration of Bromptons, Bratwurst, and Beers at one of Queens' coolest restaurants Max Bratwurst Und Bier (http://www.maxbratwurst.com/). Renny - the owner of Max's - is a good friend of ours and is hooking us up with a private party room, a German Polka band, and - wait for it - a MAGICIAN! Come on. When's the last time you saw a live magician? I haven't in years...

Here's the kicker: like all proper Brompton themed event's the puns extend beyond the title. We've worked with the Bratmasters at Max's to concoct our own very special "Bromptwurst" just for your enjoyment!

Vegetarians and non-beer drinkers are loved and welcomed too! While these are not exactly Max's focus there are a number of truly delicious vegetarian side dishes available and soft drinks.

Rumor (confirmed rumor) has it that there will be a few German Brompton riders flying in as well as members of @BromptonMAFIA (https://instagram.com/bromptonmafia/)! Don't you want to go now? ;)

Wait - there's a ride beforehand?

That is correct my friend. In the spirit of German Alpen mountain climbing we're going to tackle the 7 highest peaks from City Hall to Max Bratwurst: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg, Pulaski, Queensboro, Randall's Pedestrian, and Tri-boro. All to the sound of polka. Yes. It's a fool's mission. But we're fools. Right?

Here's the route we'll take (https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Brooklyn+Bridge+-+City+Hall,+New+York,+NY+10007/Max+Bratwurst+und+Bier,+Queens,+NY/@40.7470718,-73.9542361,13z/data=!4m49!4m48!1m40!1m1!1s0x89c25a222fcb050d:0x8300747c6c6fec23!2m2!1d-74.0048044!2d40.7128655!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9874684!2d40.6999819!3s0x89c25a343f07694b:0xe7c66e9ff169b490!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9608473!2d40.711118!3s0x89c25bdfbffcfcc9:0xc8be8fa7d70db67a!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9511264!2d40.7521772!3s0x89c258d8919c38cd:0x52e5210b17ceeeb8!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9718404!2d40.7696726!3s0x89c258f213a53d45:0x7eae39f1ded71cc!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9503971!2d40.7989939!3s0x89c2f61a8df0ac31:0x3169f411630665c!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9350324!2d40.7859004!3s0x89c25f556ae96e15:0xca1209c88994d047!3m4!1m2!1d-73.9248895!2d40.7685466!3s0x89c25f487a0d9309:0xaabff5c9aae4d76!1m5!1m1!1s0x89c25f144d76be9d:0xa2d72ba074547765!2m2!1d-73.9094171!2d40.7610279!3e1).
