How to avoid technology development mistakes

Over the past few years I have spend $250,000 on web development. If I knew then what I know now I would have saved at least $100,000

It doesn't matter if you're running a technology company or a brick and mortar that needs a website. There are mistakes that you're guaranteed to make if someone doesn't warn you about them in advance.
