Just join us at SQL Server 2016 Discovery Day, an all day hackathon!

On 2nd June you may come to the hackathon event organized by Czech BI & SQL PASS (https://www.meetup.com/CZBISQLPASS/) in cooperation with Microsoft (https://www.microsoft.com/cs-cz) in occasion of SQL Server 2016 release (https://www.microsoft.com/en/server-cloud/products/sql-server-2016/).

Marek Chmel - the only Czech SQL Server MVP will tell us about the great new features of SQL Server 2016. But that will be just a beginning, because this won’t be another ordinary event where you only sit and listen. This time you'll be asked to participate and help solve a problem using newest SQL Server and PASS data. Towards the end of the day, you’ll present these ideas to the group and the winning team will receive prizes! Judging will be done by MVP and our comitee. We’ll also be giving out Microsoft SWAG. You will get a lot out of this intense day, and you will walk away with concrete usage examples and of course some excellent networking with your SQL Server peers.

Rough agenda:

• Morning (introduction, SQL Server 2016 presentation, problem & teams -establishment)
• Lunch
• Afternoon (practical development, show & tell, wrap up)

Don't forget your your laptop and power cord. A download of the dataset will be provided prior to the event.
