Chicago Ruby Hack Night - Workers in the Cloud

Details
NOTE NEW DAY AND TIME: WEDNESDAY AT 6:15.
Come on out and hack!
Corey Haines will get us started using Iron.io (http://www.iron.io/) services to handle tasks and messages in a cloud queue. Don't know what that means? No worries, you'll learn at Hack Night. We'll try out IronWorker (not this (http://www.ironworkers568.org/) kind of iron worker) and IronMQ from a Heroku app. Exercise your Ruby programming skills and learn how to set up a worker or message system that runs elastically on the cloud.
All levels of Ruby expertise are welcome, including beginners. Bring your laptop with Ruby installed. We'll pair up to do the Ruby coding. It will save time if you get signed up (https://api.heroku.com/signup) for a free Heroku account before Hack Night (if you don't already have one).
Our host, Enova Financial, will provide food and drink.
See you there!
