• Do I need to be a coder?

No! We welcome civic hackers of all varieties.

• Do I need to have a lot of experience before helping a project?

Nope, just be willing to start out helping a project with something easy but may be less glamorous.

• Do I need to bring my own laptop?

Yes, unfortunately we are not able to provide computers, and opportunities to participate without one are limited.
