Do you "know" you should be more active? Spend time outside? Lose some weight? But going by yourself is just not the same? You can't motivate yourself? Going with others would be much more fun? Well, join us! We feel the same way. We thought we'd do something about it: Get people together and walk on a regular basis. Once a week on the Katy trail and occasionally we'll go on longer walks, hikes and bike trips a bit outside of Columbia. Feel free to post any questions or suggestions for hikes!  Thanks!!!!
