Does God exist? How do you know it? These are the primary questions of the atheist. The term "atheism" originates with the Greek word "atheos" which means "without gods." In the classical world (and even modern) the term atheist was originally meant to be a political slander which could lead to imprisonment or even death.

Why do some people question the gods? Is it possible to have morality without religion? Can atheism be a source for spiritual guidance? What are some arguments against atheism?

The question of atheism eventually will lead to secularism which is the belief of "without gods" applied to government. Is separation of religion and state a wise idea? What are some examples?

Can atheists and theists coexist peacefully?

Let's question the gods by questioning their existence (or lack of).
