This group is for people who love to attend a Kirtan, Yoga, Meditation, and Wellness. Danville Yoga & Wellness Center hosts Kirtan and many special events at the Center. The energy of the space and the beautiful music, special events, workshops, and offerings are absolutely AMAZING! The entry fee varies by donation of $10 and up.

I hope you'll attend the powerful events!

About Kirtan:

Satsang means company of the truth/knowldge. Man needs protection from the changing elements of nature, so he builds a shelter for physical comforts. In the same way, for spiritual and mental comfort, Satsang is the shelter. SATSANG IS THE NEST IN WHICH YOU CAN REST.

In singing Kirtan we sing Kirtans/Bhajans in Sanskrit, Spanish, English, Hebrew etc.  The word "bhajan" is very precious. "Bhaj" means to share. Sharing what? "Sharing all that the Divine is". Your whole body is made up of atoms. Being with this truth kindles energy in you and elevates your consciousness. When you sing bhajans, the sound energy gets absorbed into every atom of your body. Just as a microphone absorbs sound and converts it into electricity, the body absorbs sound and converts it into consciousness. When you sit in bhajans, your entire body gets soaked in energy and transformation happens

- His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

We will be meeting at Danville Yoga & Wellness Center, feel the energy, sing from our hearts and just immerse in the unbounded space! This meetup is open to all, so bring your family and friends also any musical instruments you have. We look forward to have you with us!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
