In 1960 John McCarthy wrote a paper of little consequence called, "Recursive Functions of Symbolic Expressions and their Computation by Machine Part 1." Of this work Lisp was born. We'll begin the evening with a lesson in our roots. Mike Howard with lead us through a presentation on Lisp, the basis of Clojure. After Mike's presentation we'll get back to coding on the site.
