Abstract:
Maestro is a DevOps Orchestration engine for enterprise-class companies across a range of industries. A single interface optimizes task management for Continuous Delivery, Agile development, DevOps, and Cloud Federation. Today's talk will include a product demonstration that will show you how it can help you integrate with your existing DevOps toolchain, and automate various development and operational processes.
Speaker bio:
Etienne has been a software engineer and Java developer since 1997. The majority of his career has been spent on the dev side of the wall in traditional IT environments in the hotel and travel industry (Pegasus Solutions, Travelocity, Hotels.com). His first exposure to the DevOps way was over 2 years ago when he had the opportunity to work in close collaboration with one of the movement's pioneers. He has since been passionate about various aspects of it, such as continuous delivery, virtualization and cloud computing, and automated configuration management.
Over the last year, he has been working at MaestroDev (www.maestrodev.com) on their Maestro DevOps orchestration engine. He lives and breathes DevOps on a daily basis as it is the heart and soul of this company.
