#LeanCoffeeKL 74 - Exploring "Software Taxonomy"

This week we'll be exploring new ways to look at and classify software products. Instead of comparing software simply based on business model, we will consider other characteristics and traits. We shall explore:

How should startups / their products be classified? Does industry (target market) come into play? Is knowledge transferable between industries? e.g. consumer gaming vs. enterprise software. How do actionable metrics shift across the spectrum?
