#devKL - Startup Weekend Post-Mortem

Well... we built something, but how did we perform?

I'd love to hear from all the teams on how they executed in a few areas:

• Planning / product spec (MVP vs feature creep)
• Tool choices (stack?)
• Team structure (roles? responsibilities?)
• Processes / workflow (versioning? deployment?, etc.)
• The actual codez
• Best moments

Also... some lessons learned and some story telling will likely happen. :)
