This will be the last #StartupCoffeeKL of the year!

Over the past few weeks we have been discussing Gartner's Report on Trends for 2015. This is a useful VC-level perspective on what the next year in technology looks like, and where potential spaces for growth opportunities exist.

Another perspective to search for such spaces is to look out for current/recent events whose full implications have yet to be realized. From the expansion in body cameras for police, to the decentralization of streaming services away from Netflix by HBO and ESPN, to Google's dropping of Google Glass and move into VR, the real world can provide pointers on where growth opportunities exist.

In this Meetup, we will brainstorm on what events from 2014 can tell us about what to look for in 2015, and on where specific opportunities might be available that don't fall into the high-level analysis provided by organizations like Gartner. Where do you see 2015 going?
