About us
Dive Animals Scuba Club (DASC) is a San Diego-based dive club. Our dive boat, a 19ft Wellcraft, is available for members to go to local dive sites. We enjoy regular dive trips to the Channel Islands. We support our local dive charters. Various club members organize regional trips with significant cost savings.
Our club meetings are scheduled at the need and request of the membership. So keep your eye on our calendar which we maintain on this site. To join this Meetup group you must be a DASC member. Newest Member Gets On Boat
Dana Landing, 2580 Ingraham St, San diego, CA, USOk newest members, this 2-tank trip is meant for you and to quell the rumor that it's tough to get on the boat. To be clear, all members are welcome to sign up but priority seating will be given to our valued newbies.
TIP: If the trip is full, get on the waitlist. I will manage it to ensure the newest members are at the top.
We'll decide our destination(s) at the dock right after the safety brief and according to your abilities.
Please have your current DASC membership card and proof of dive insurance with you.
We will meet at the ramp to load at 0900, departure of 0930 AM. Afterwards, you will be offloading at the dock as we will be meeting a second scheduled afternoon trip.
Please have your mind, body, and gear in fine working order and assembled prior to loading.
