Tonight we'll be talking about whether our energy is crossing the body or running parallel up and down the same side - homolateral. Anyone who has an immune disorder or who is depressed is likely to be homolateral. Here's a simple exercise you can try that may show you if you are:
Lift your right arm and left leg at the same time and notice how heavy they feel. Then switch sides, right leg and left arm. Notice how heavy. Now lift the right arm and right leg and notice how heavy that feels, and then the left arm and leg and notice again. If the same side leg & arm feel heavier to you, that is homolateral. If the opposite sides feel heavier, then your energies are crossing. (Don't freak out if they are homolateral, most people go in between the two at times, and you can check at other times of the day). We will learn a fantastic exercise to train our energies to cross at all time, very life enhancing.
Also, we will talk all about the stress response and learn 5 simple exercises you can do in under 5 minutes to train your energy system to relax and leg go of the fight or flight response.
We will end with giving and receiving a spinal flush, one of the nicest things you can do for someone you love.
