Rochester Brainery Class: Learn to Play the Native American Flute

This class at the Rochester Brainery is intended for beginners to the Native American flute, and is open to people of all ranges of prior musical experience. The class costs $30, and you will receive a $50-value flute to take with you.

Come learn to play the Native American flute! The Native American flute is very easy to learn to play and its design allows for spontaneous creation of beautiful and expressive music that is inside every one of us. The Native American flute today is a contemporary instrument built on the foundation of the traditional indigenous North American flute, revitalized over 25 years ago by recording artist R. Carlos Nakai.
