Join the London Drawing Meet Up Group to hear about some of the best life drawing sessions in London. Join us for drop in sessions, Saturday workshops, courses, summer schools and very special life drawing events across the capital. Expect professional tutors and models in interesting spaces for conventional life drawing sessions, as well as completely unique creative life drawing events in significant venues across the city such as the Museum Of London, Battersea Arts Centre, The V&A and Design Museum. All our sessions welcome all levels of ability.

TUESDAY STUDIO: COVENT GARDEN DROP IN LIFE DRAWING

Our Covent Garden space is beautifully spacious and airy – with lovely high ceilings and light- a fantastic venue to add to our portfolio which we hope you will love
As with all our drop in classes- expect professional tutors and models in an inspiring and unique space. With poses from 30 seconds to one hour- there is something for everyone. This is a general life drawing class with tuition for beginners and advice for those who are more experienced, all designed to encourage you to develop your own style and approach.

Artizan Street Library & Community Centre, 1 Artizan St, London E1 7AF, UK, London, GBOctober is PORTRAIT MONTH at London Drawing! We are excited to present 5 Saturdays of portrait with 5 different artist using a range of mediums and approaches with a program of inspiring models:
We are hugely excited to working with the award winning artist Mark Entwisle!Mark is a prolific watercolourist- working in landscape, still life and figurative painting. His specialism is depicting light- and his portraits capture a luminosity in the sitter which is wonderfully delicate. Combining both control and the fluidity of this complex medium – Marks portraits are beautifully observed and expressive.
Mark is a fantastic tutor – with so much to offer with regard to technique and handling of colour and paint. This workshop is full of demonstrations, individual tuition, feedback and practical advice- a great opportunity to build you skills and confidence in watercolour.
Mark Entwisle- originally an illustrator- had a portrait accepted for the BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery in 1999, with a second accepted the following year and received a commendation in 2002. This led to his first portrait commission and marked the start of his career as a portrait painter. Mark currently lives and works in London.
