Embedded Systems Design and Construction

I will be hosting a weekly study session for members of this class. This will be on Monday evenings from about 8:00 to 9:00. I will not be so much teaching the class as available as a lab assistant and facilitator for anyone that would like an extra level of support. The class is aimed at makers that want to take their knowledge of embedded processors up a level. The study session is sponsored by Freeside Atlanta and the sessions are open to non-members as an educational outreach of Freeside Atlanta. It is suggested that attendees support the education mission of Freeside by making a voluntary donation of $5 per week, or $75 for the complete series, to Freeside Atlanta.

The official course starts on Thursday, January 23. I will be at Freeside Atlanta on Monday evenings, starting January 20 to answer questions and help anyone to get started with ordering materials if they want to do a group order. The class is 15 weeks in length which means the last study session will be May 5.

According to the link, above, the student may audit the class, take the class for free, or pay a small fee and receive a certificate of completion at the end of the class. I assume that means you have to finish the assignments to get the certificate.
