Oleta River State Park is located at the northern end of Biscayne Bay, just 15 minutes away from downtown Miami and 25 minutes away from downtown Fort Lauderdale. Kayak through mangrove trails and then into the crystal clear waters of Biscayne Bay or bike through more than 16 miles of mountain bike trails available at the park. They pride themselves on offering the best possible gear and safe outings that are suitable for young and old. All the necessary gear for a unique adventure is provided. Paddlers may spot Atlantic Bottle-Nosed Dolphins, manatees, stingrays, great blue herons, egrets, ospreys, racoons, tarpon, and many jumping fish. Blue Moon's kayak and bike tours are both fun and educational. We can provide team building and scavenger hunts for corporate groups, church groups, birthday and wedding parties, reunions, or any type of social groups.
They want to take you into nature on one of our adventures. Learn the importance of this estuary to the South Florida Eco-System and to the many fish, bird, and animal species that call Oleta River State Park their home.
