LGBT Social/Meetups at 5:15 and 8:15pm, before and after (and during) Free Jazz performance (5:30-8pm). Artisphere will open at 4pm and remain open until 11pm.
Free Jazz vocal performances by Christie N. Dashiell and Jessica Boykin-Settles. No ticket required.
Free parking! Artisphere will validate parking after 5pm (enter garage via N. Kent Street). Artisphere is located 0.1 miles (3min walk) from the Rosslyn Metro station.
This event is free. You can buy drinks from the bar. Artisphere is open 4pm-11pm Wed-Friday (noon to 11pm on Saturdays).
When you arrive, go to "Town Hall" space and look for Z: blue-tinted mohawk, nosering/nosestud, henna (inclucing "Z" on right hand), black shirt, black jeans, black boots. Introduce yourself and receive your small "smiley face" sticker.

Performers' info:
Christie N. Dashiell is a jazz/contemporary vocalist from Greenville, NC. Born in Washington, DC, she continued her studies, with an emphasis in jazz music, at Howard University where she received her Bachelor of Music. Currently, Dashiell resides in Brooklyn, NY and is in her first year at the Manhattan School of Music, pursuing a Masters in jazz voice.
Jessica Boykin-Settles is a native Washingtonian and attended the Duke Ellington School of the Arts as a Vocal Music Major. Upon graduating, she moved to New York City and studied jazz at The New School University then returned to Washington, DC, and enrolled in the Graduate Jazz Studies program at Howard University. She is now pursuing her jazz career full-time.
