Demo Night! - Intel's Summer of IoT

It's time to celebrate new creativity and invention!

For the past 3 months, 10 teams have been working hard designing and building new IoT (internet of things) products that highlight the power of Intel's Edison development board.

On Monday Night, it's time for them to show off what they've created. It’s going to be an amazing experience with this many new IoT projects all demo’d on the same night. Join us to:

• Meet the makers in the community

• Discover how you can learn to build amazing things with open source technology

• Interact with engineers and designers to gain new insights and ideas

• Learn about electronics, open source projects

• Make new friends with other attendees, makers, hobbyists, students, and professionals in the community.

The types of projects teams have been working on include:

• Smart robotics

• Control systems

• Sensor networks that help consumers and business in a variety of industries

• Home automation

• Medical devices

• Elderly care devices

• Aquaponics, artists, and more!

This is an informal mixer, meet and greet, and demo night. Our goal is to build community and spread awareness of what you an do with open source technology. It'ls a youth-friendly event, so feel free to bring your kids.
