We meet every Tuesday evening, 7.15 for a 7.30pm start at the Millbridge room, opposite Hertford Theatre. You can find the Millbridge room next to the doner takeaway and Martins newsagents.

Car parking is available on the single yellow lines outside after 6pm, in the on street parking bays in central Hertford, in the multi-storey car parks on Gascoigne Way and Bircherley Green, in the off street car parks on St.Andrews street public car park, and the Tesco (10 mins walk) and Sainsburys (5 mins walk) supermarkets.

Everyone is most welcome, including complete beginners.

The teachings and meditations are from the Buddhist tradition, but you don't need to be a Buddhist, or know anything about it.

We are affiliated to the Triratna Buddhist Community, where the emphasis is on the teachings of the Buddha and the application of those teachings to your daily life. It's down to earth and immediately usable.

We teach two meditations, mindfulness and loving kindness. We normally have a talk or discussion, and we always have a tea break in the middle.

There is no charge, but we do ask for donations to cover our costs. Suggested donation is £5 (if you can afford it) - if you can't afford it, don't worry, just donate what you can.

By the way, it may say here only 1 or 2 people attending. But don't forget, that is only the ones from meetup.com . There are usually between 5 and 15 people attending each Tuesday evening, including 2 or 3 who are there for the first time.

We are easily accessible from the following areas: Hertford, Ware, Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar, Hatfield,Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Hoddesdon, Goffs Oak, Waltham Cross, Waltham Abbey, Waltham Forest, Harlow, Enfield, Barnet, East Hertfordshire, West Essex etc
