Mt Baldy Loop - Bear Canyon up, Devils Backbone down

Meet at Manker Flats
Carpool back to the Village with the least # of cars needed

Hike stats:
~13 miles total
~6,500' elevation gain (most of this is on the way up Bear Canyon)

Since this is a conditioning hike AND I have a time constraint, I will be maintaining a brisk pace. For me, that means Bear Canyon from the Village to the summit in ~3 hours to 3 hours, 15 minutes.

Those with a slower pace are welcome, but be sure to know the trail. I will not have time to wait very long for people maintaining a pace slower than mine. Prior experience with Bear Canyon is preferred. Please answer the question re: your recent hiking experience or I may remove you from the list of attendees.
