I have not hiked this route before. The pace of the hike will be slower considering the elevation gain and loss. Hiking poles will be helpful on the downhill.
Bring 2-3 liters of water. Heavy rain or the forecast of heavy rain cancels.
Parking is on Mt. Baldy Road since Visitor Center closes at 3:00pm, display adventure pass.
