Jim G. Helton is the Regional Director for American Atheists (https://atheists.org). He is the Founder and President of the Tri-State Freethinkers (http://www.tri-statefreethinkers.com). He is the Overlord for Hemant Mehta The Friendly Atheist (http://www.patheos.com/blogs/friendlyatheist/), overseeing legislation for OH, KY, IN, WY, and WA. Through his organizations he has adopted the highway in front of the Creation Museum (http://creationmuseum.org), challenged Bible distributions by Gideons (http://www.gideons.org), and challenged abstinence only programs in public schools. He believes in giving back to the community and helped organize over 50 community service projects last year.
