I don't think it is appropriate to fight this fight. One of the best feelings of being atheistic is having tolerance. We can fight with wisdom and words and properly defend ourselves through such act. I never expect atheists to get the respect that they deserve, and demanding such action will never progress us. We should be provoke through questioning as I know we can expose biased agendas without coming off angry or demanding. Leave that to the tea party Christians. That is my take.

NBC4 unfairly singles out Atheist group as being  from "another state" ...
...while it does not do the same against other "out-of-staters" like the campus crusade for christ, the ACLJ (American Center for Law & Justice--Jay Sekulow's org, xtian, right-wing, conservative, & liars) the NRA, numerous xtian pro-life organizations, etc.
You should know that atheists (sometimes known as "nones") are a major part of the American population and we have legal writes also. Not only that but we also have our own IN-STATE organizations. FFRF is a NATIONAL organization like many of the xtian groups mentioned in the previous paragraph.
I demand that you apologize to the atheists in this state and those in the rest of this country for trying to misleadingly treat US as outsiders. The christians (xtians) that continue to perpetuate these attrocious symbols of a religious icon, that may mean "peace" to some, but also is a picture of war, hate, and lies to others like myself, these people are the outsiders, those who are unreasonable and they are the ones who are beyond the norm and pushing our society to keep us held back in the medieval ages.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for not being fair to others and holding a hidden christian evangelic mission behind your facade of being an "unbiased news organization."

How dare you (our founding fathers and mothers would be apalled--US founders were not xtians--they were deists and would have been atheists had Darwin come along sooner) !!

Most disappointed in you,
Jayson N. Sherborne
