Workshop - Different entry points to facilitation

During our last meetup workshop on June 28th, some interesting discussions started on how we interact with participants in our sessions - how much freedom we give them. Thinking back about it, we think that the different ways we look at our role could be triggered by the methodologies we use.

As follow-up we like to organise our next workshop around getting to know each other better and understand the different schools of thought we bring into practise in our sessions!

Join us for an interactive session to create our Belgian Facilitator Landscape! Leave with a better understanding of the rich landscape of facilitation we have and get additional inspiration you can apply in your work! Define what this means for the IAF-Belgium community and what we want to do moving forward.
