About us
Welcome to our meet-up page for IAF Facilitators and Friends, a meet-up group organised by the Belgian chapter of IAF, the International Association of Facilitators.
Our team organises regular meet-ups for facilitators (new & experienced, corporate, non-profit, government, …) interested in learnings, sharing or inspiring each other. These sessions are open to members and non-members of IAF.
The types of events we organise are:
- Our Facilitator Studios, a floor for our facilitators to try out new things in a safe environment;
- Our Educational Sessions, aimed at sharing proven methodologies, from which we can all learn;
- Our Community Building Sessions, organised for getting to know each other better.
We look forward to meeting you at one of our events!
Take care,
Ralph, Marie, Nina, Alexandre & Joost

Call to action for facilitators : Help us change how Brussels collaborates
Full Circle House, 89 Chaussée de Vleurgat, Ixelles, BEA call to action for facilitators across Belgium and for trainers, coaches and mentors too! 🇧🇪
Brussels is home to thousands of organisations, networks, NGOs, businesses, communities and European institutions.
Thousands of people working on complex challenges. Thousands of opportunities to collaborate.
And yet ... how often do we still work in silos?
💡 What if we, as facilitators, could help change that?
A new chapter for IAF Belgium
As the new IAF Belgium Board begins its two-year mandate, we’d like to bring the IAF mission to life: growing our community of practice and promoting the value of facilitation.With Alexandre, Joost, Marie, Nina and Ralph on the new IAF Belgium Board, and the support of fellow facilitators from our community, we’re opening a conversation about what we could achieve together.
Because we don’t want to figure it all out on our own. 😉
On Thursday 19 November, join us to:
💡 Inspire : Explore new possibilities for collaboration across Brussels and Belgium.
🤝 Align : Connect with fellow facilitators and discover our shared ambitions.
🚀 Facilitate : Identify how we can turn collective ideas into meaningful action.And ... No ready-made plans. Just an invitation to co-create what’s next.
Whether you’re an experienced facilitator or just starting out, you’re welcome. IAF membership is not required.
Because perhaps the real question isn’t what IAF Belgium can do for facilitators…
But what facilitators, together, can do for Belgium and beyond. 🌍20 attendees
