This session will feature Matt Pillmore, VIP Financial Education, who was a featured speaker at the IAREIA meeting in March on the topic of getting your finances in order so that you can live debt-free and maximize your ability to maximize your wealth-building. This was among the best sessions at the recent conference.
The asset protection session has been postponed because of speaker conflicts and has tentatively been rescheduled for our September meeting.
We will have coffee and dessert available for attendees. This meeting is our 5th year anniversary-- Help us celebrate!
Please make sure you have paid your annual dues before the meeting (link is in the left column), or alternatively be prepared to pay $5 at the door if you are a non-member to help defray the room charge for the HyVee Club Room. Believe me, you will easily make back that $5 from the information you learn from Pillmore's presentation!
The Iowa City Area Real Estate Investor Meetup gives East Central and Southeast Iowa real estate investors a place to share information about real estate deals and to learn about current real estate investing strategies and tactics that are working in today's marketplace.
The group includes a mix of experienced and new real estate investors, as well as those interested in residential and commercial real estate investing opportunities.
The group tries to alternate meetings between Cedar Rapids, Coralville and Iowa City.
