After 12 years of continuous meetings and training sessions for Eastern Iowa real estate investors we are in one of those periods when interest in investing has waned and we are not seeing the kind of attendance we had for many years. For this reason, we are taking a break from monthly meetings and, instead, during 2023 we will hold Meet and Greet sessions at local restaurants on approximately a quarterly basis. The next Meet and Greet will be the third Wednesday in January, January 18, 2023 at 7 pm. The location will be announced at least one week before the meeting.

We will concentrate on exchanging information about how our investing businesses are going, what we are experiencing in the marketplace, and we'll answer questions from newer investors interested in how to get started.

In the meantime, please use the Discussion box on this page, below, to ask questions or to introduce yourself. You can also post deals if you message me first and I approve the ad in advance. If we come across an interesting topic or speaker we may schedule extra meetings on-the-fly.
