Iowa City Area Real Estate Investor Meetup: Using Private Lenders for Deals

We have reinstated the Oct 16, 2024 meeting as a Zoom Only session. Featured speaker will be Michael Corrigan, a private lender who grew up in the Cedar Rapids area and is a partner in J&M Business Capital. J&M Business Capital is a direct private lending firm with offices in Boston, MA, and Asheboro, NC. J&M specializes in providing a range of loan products and services, including financing for fix-and-flip projects, long-term loans, refinancing options, ground-up construction, and portfolio loans. The firm's primary clientele consists of investors focusing on 1-4 unit properties across the Midwest and the East Coast.

He will further describe his company's loan products, how your business can apply for funding, and what their expectations would be for a loan application to be successful.
