Gnocchi, the typical Italian potato dumpling pasta, usually cooked for special occasions. Who can resist a steaming dish of gnocchi? Not us! For this reason, we are organizing a party to learn how to prepare gnocchi and enjoy them.
Our Italian cuisine teacher, Jumpy, will guide us step by step, starting from potatoes and flour, sharing all the tricks to make delicious gnocchi. Then, we will also learn how to cook two of the most traditional sauces to pair with gnocchi and other types of pasta: ragù (minced meat sauce) and burro e salvia (butter and sage, for vegetarians).
Last but not least, Paolo will introduce us to some wines that will complement the gnocchi dishes, and we will enjoy them liberally (nomihoudai!). Whether you want to learn how to prepare homemade pasta or simply enjoy eating and drinking while chatting with new friends (in Italian, English, or Japanese, as you prefer), this is the perfect party for you.
