What we’re about
With so many exciting club nights, events and bars popping up for lesbian, bisexual and just queer women in London this group has come about for those who might not have friends to go with and don't want to go alone.
Maybe you're new in town, new on the scene or a social butterfly who can never have too many friends we're about making showing up to events in London less daunting.
We're mostly about going along to more 'scene' events and bars - but open to events of all types that interest members.
We run a regular 'mingle' on the third Tuesday of the month at She Bar in Soho which is an opportunity to make new friends and help to identify the group when we go out to other events. It's a great way to meet lesbian, bisexual or otherwise queer women in a causal friendly setting. Regardless of your relationship status or sexual orientation we're about making friends foremost (although you might meet someone special, who knows?) - so come along and mingle.
Also note we will have a 'suggested donation' for an annual membership - this is completely optional to help me cover the costs (including the meetup website) and anything above my operation costs will go back into the group or to charity.
