Hey beautiful heart family,

There was a call from a group of curious people asking me to hold a heart song circle this Sunday at the magical Wimbledon cesars well in the woods. Calling both men and women to co create a deeply healing and nourishing singing ceremony. I will open up and hold a space for the honouring men and women and masculine and feminine. This was inspired by international women's day and TAnya and Adils amazing event men and women's circles yesterday at the House of Healing Mirrors In streatham.

I would really like to go deeper in acting out and exploring how we heal the masculine and feminine. What is it? What does it feel like to be in our power? What do we need. And this is a space to start practicing that healing TOGETHER. I will guide a visualising meditation with Gaia, welcome sharing circle, facilitate a healing song ceremony and support you in ceremonial play time as we co create new healing ceremonies for our needs. I will hold circle for us to start healing the divine feminine and masculine through heart singing ceremony, sharing, meditation and medicine song writing. we will have time for releasing by fire later if you stay.

Just a reminder it was a solar eclipse and new moon in Pisces yesterday, so is a great time for making positive healing shifts. We meet at 12 at station and arrive at well by 12.45. love love xx

For those who have come before they will know the heart song circle is unique, in that it nurtures and holds a free flowing healing space for truthful sound and voice expression. This is a space to be free.
Heart song circle is a community, an ever-evolving sacred circle for sharing and awakening the heart through medicine song, play and meditation.
It leaves behind technical pressures, and invites us to experience and find our own voices that pour through us. We are also reclaiming the inner medicine song for healing ourselves and the land.
It welcomes us to be real, to be silly, to play and drop gently together into our intuitive spirit. There is a moment when we all let go, and our true selves emerge, when collectively we expand, and enter bliss. Perfect for anyone at any stage of singing. We all have a voice, each sound quite or loud is honoured.
