Lobstercon VII: The Seventh Wonder

The seventh instalment of our biannual seaside gaming event will be held Easter weekend 2014, at our regular venue, the York House Hotel in Eastbourne.

Invitations have now been sent out to the 65 LoBsters with the most attendances who'd RSVP'd before 31 Jan. A waiting list has been created for those who RSVP'd but didn't make the cutoff for attendances. If/when spots are opened up, they will have first refusal on new slots.

If you would still like to come, you may now join the waiting list, but you will be behind all those who RSVP'd earlier.

General Notes:

For this weekend, we again have use of two gaming rooms, starting on Friday morning. However, on Easter Monday, the smaller gaming room will be unavailable to us, but we will still have use of the basement room until 5:00 p.m. that day.

The Hotel has reserved 30 bedrooms for our group to book at the special conference rate, which you can get only by booking directly with the hotel. If the hotel tell you they have no more rooms available, PLEASE contact me and I will try to sort something out with the hotel. The reason we are getting use of these two function rooms for free is because most of us stay at the hotel itself, so please try to book your rooms at the York House Hotel itself.
