What To Expect

Beginner Track
Carbon Five developer Arbind Thakur has created a self-paced tutorial, The Essence of CoffeeScript (http://coffeescript.carbonfive.com/). The purpose of this beginners mini-meetup is to give people who have already started the tutorial a chance to progress, or to give people who haven't started the tutorial a chance to start. We'll have people floating around to help out should you get stuck.

Advanced Track
There won't be an advanced track this time
The next advanced track will be on May 6 (https://www.meetup.com/Los-Angeles-CoffeeScript/events/114557882/)

RSVP

We have limited space. You're required to RSVP.

Leave a comment about what you're working on, any CoffeeScript projects you may be bringing with you, etc. so others can see what you're up to.

Parking

I usually park on Wilshire and walk.

ParkMe (http://www.parkme.com/map/?lat=34.019087&lng=-118.49774500000001&zoom=16) has more parking information.

IRC

We have an IRC (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2rGTXHvPCQ) channel. "It's how hackers talk when they don't want to be overheard"

IRC: #coffeescriptla on Freenode (http://webchat.freenode.net/)
