Thanks for taking the time Mike (and all the contributors from the floor)....i'll there next time. I've had a good think what I'm trying to achieve....and it may be food for topics in the future... I'm trying to implement a reasonably automated business process across 3 organisations plus an end user. I'm trying to do this with Wordpress as my starting point and by avoiding "management by email". so features i'm interested in is plug ins for crm, invoicing, ecommerce plus integration with google docs/drive and maybe some wizardry for admin from hojoki, ifttt. hahaha i guess this is "show me how wordpress works in web 2.0 in ten easy steps" :-))

First session and despite arriving 30 mins late (hadn't read the blog properly!), felt welcome and included. Pleased to see a forum open for questions. The technical session (creating custom post types) was in-depth enough to be challenging but not so quick that it felt incomprehensible. A bigger projector display would be welcome! Will definitely attend the next session, I feel there's enough discussion and advice floating around that you never know when something you've picked up will be invaluable.

Really enjoyed the techie side of things, well explained by Mike. Although not completely over my head it was certainly somewhere above eye level and a challenge for the brain cells.
