Raw Dinner at Tao Organics

Thanks to Val for arranging our first ever event at the new Tao Organics in North Vancouver. All food will be completely raw and organic!

Each guest will enjoy an assortment of all the items below:

•Sweet Cleansing juice
(apple, pear, lettuce, cilantro, parsley & lemon)

•Rawkin Pizza
(sprouted buckwheat crust topped with dill nut cheese, sweet chili sauce, chiffonade kale, julienne carrots, cauliflower fleurette and marinated mushrooms)

•Nori Rolls
(sea pate, avocado, julienne carrots, bell pepper and spinach wrapped in nori)

•Real Lasagna
(layers of zucchini noodles, marinara sauce, nut cheese, spinach, marinated mushrooms)

•Gaia Burger
(a hearty patty of sprouted sunflower seeds, walnuts and almonds topped with sweet chill sauce, nut cheese, tomato, cucumber and sprouts, all wrapper in lettuce leaf).

•Dessert
(each guest could choose a dessert from the menu)
