Lean Coffee

Everyone offers topics they are interested in discussing by writing them on index cards We vote on each of the topics to prioritise. We discuss each topic in turn for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes, we decide whether to keep discussing the topic or move to the next one. At the end of the overall Lean Coffee session, we run a quick retrospective.
