19:00 — Michał Cichecki: Exploring On‑Device LLM with Foundation Models
One of the biggest announcements at this year’s WWDC was the introduction of the Foundation Models framework, which enables on-device access to LLM. In this talk, we’ll cover the fundamentals and explore real-world use cases we’ve integrated into our app in preparation for the release of iOS 26. Is on-device model able to replace the server side solutions? Let’s find out.
Bio: Michał is an iOS engineer with 8 years of experience shipping consumer mobile apps, including two App of the Day features. He currently works at stoic across the Apple ecosystem.

W czasach rosnącej popularności KMM iOS developerzy mogą poczuć się niepewnie widząc, że Swift może być zastąpiony przez Kotlina. W tym samym czasie pojawiło się jednak narzędzie, które umożliwia tworzenie aplikacji na Androida w Swifcie. Przekonamy się jakie ma możliwości i czy jest wystarczająco wydajne aby tworzyć w nim nowe aplikacje.
Bio: Zaczynałem od pisania testów w Pythonie, a później zacząłem uczyć się Swifta. Spodobało mi się ma tyle, że od roku roku pracuję jako iOS developer w Volvo Group. Po pracy ciągle uczę się Swifta tworząc własne projekty, a w przerwach między pracą udało mi się obronić magisterkę, która zainspirowała mnie do tej prezentacji.
