🕗 EVENT AGENDA
18:30 — Introduction & Welcome
Welcome to Mobile Warsaw #107! Community announcements, and a brief overview of tonight's talks and networking opportunities.
18:40 — Scaling team without scaling chaos [Sponsored talk]
Jakub Kornatowski
By day, a problem solver with more ideas than hours and an engineer building apps for anything with an apple in the logo at XTB. By night, a gamer - 25 years in, 12 of them almost exclusively on Mac, which tells you everything you need to know. Occasional reverse engineer, part-time 3D triangle pusher on Apple Silicon. Creator of the "Gramy na Macu" podcast. When not at his desk, you'll find him on one of Kraków's climbing walls.
What happens when 35 engineers, 20 teams, and one shared codebase meet without clear rules?
Spoiler: you get a bug on production, a hotfix at midnight, and a very expensive lesson about conversations that never happened.
Come hear how we built the structure that made the chaos survivable - and why it matters even more now that AI is writing your code.
19:20 — Break & Networking
As usually during the break you can find a warm pizza waiting for you, beverages are available all the time in the kitchen!
19:45 — Engineering Culture by Design: jak i dlaczego cisnę kandydatów jako techlead (This talk is hosted in Polish 🇵🇱)
Paweł Urban & Jaga Biernacka-Urban
Senior Android developer z ponad 16-letnim doświadczeniem zdobytym w fintechu, startupach i IoT. Staff Engineer z silnym backgroundem w architekturze i niezawodności systemów, praktyk DDD i mentor techniczny. Wielokrotnie prowadził rekrutację do swoich i nowo powstających zespołów.
Psycholog społeczny z backgroundem technicznym, badaczka i wykładowczyni akademicka.
Wszystko to oparte o nasze doświadczenie i realne casy.
20:30 — Beyond Prompts: Extending Agents with Skills [Sponsored talk]
Łukasz Domaradzki
If AI is going to write more of our code, how can we teach it our team’s rules, workflows, and architecture patterns without stuffing everything into giant prompts?
Agent Skills turn specialized knowledge, tools, and repeatable workflows into modular capabilities that agents load on demand.
In this talk, we’ll explore what Skills are, why they matter for mobile teams, and how to start building your own - with practical demos, real examples, and a small dose of pop culture included.
